2. Project Enquiries and Agreements

Initial consultations submitted through our website are free. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and estimated completion dates will be documented and agreed by both parties before paid work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final approved deliverables and applicable source files are transferred to the client after all related payment obligations have been completed. Third-party software and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lumovelo takes reasonable care to deliver reliable, secure digital solutions. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service interruptions, external platform policy changes, or infrastructure outside our direct control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before pursuing formal legal remedies.
